Understanding the charge on your card

The charge on your card has been made by Third Light Ltd in Cambridge UK. We act as a payment agent for a large number of online businesses, mainly in the photographic sector. We take online security seriously and it is unlikely your transaction is fraudulent. It is important to establish which business originated your transaction:

  • Have you bought a print from a photo site recently?

Most transactions we handle relate to the purchase of a picture from an online photo gallery. Around the same time as you place your order, you are sent a receipt by email. This email contains a reference to 'WWW.3LPAY.COM'. Please search for this in your mail.

  • Have you bought an electronic image download recently?

If you have purchased an image from an online image library, the payment may relate to this. You should have a receipt for the charge, sent by email.
